We used No Limit Auto for some warranty work. From the point we submitted the appointment request online until they handed me the key on the repaired vehicle (5 days total), it was nothing but smooth sailing. The staff is the most professional I have encountered at an auto shop by far. Verbal review of the issue was detailed and was followed up with electronic communication. It was easy to approve repairs and pay the final amount due. No surprises. They even remembered my name when I came to pick up the vehicle, after only meeting me one time. Would highly recommend this extremely professional business!

As always, the team was helpful, supportive, and accommodating. This time they took a nail out of the tire, and replaced a bulb above the.license plate. This is my go-to place for all big and small services related to my vehicle. I feel comfortable, well informed, respected, and well taken care of. They won`t try to sell you what you don`t need. Scheduling appointments, and getting your inspection together with oil change is very convenient. I highly recommend No Limit Auto.

The customer service, skills and knowledge were outstanding. The only downside is when it comes to engine work they send out off to a separate facility and it makes things a lot more pricy. In my case I needed a headgasket replacement for a scion tc; because my engine has been discontinued the amount it would cost to replace it with no limit , was out of my price range. Around 7k . overall I had a wonderful experience, and the whole process put me at ease. They set everything up so the whole diagnostic process moves quickly, easily , and convenient for the customer. Thank you Connor for your incredible communication, patience and compassion.
